Our care for your items also extends to our pick-up and drop-off service. We employ a fully trained and experienced team who know how to handle a wide range of items, including bulkier, more fragile pieces like antiques and ornaments.

 

Strong padlocks

 

We sell a range of padlocks that are hand-made in the UK, including heavy duty padlocks that can offer that extra security to give you peace of mind.

Insurance

 

It’s important to bear in mind that most home insurance policies don’t cover accidental damage to belongings placed in a storage unit. That’s why for extra peace of mind we offer optional insurance cover.

 

Please be aware that we do not arrange insurance on stored goods unless you specifically instruct us to do so.

 

What about confidential paperwork?

 

We don’t just store domestic items, we are also trusted by many private companies to securely store their office equipment, stock and confidential paperwork. With GDPR it’s never been more important to securely store sensitive client, customer or business information.

 

If you want to store important documents in our document archive, we register your record on both a computerised tracking and logging system to ensure that your paperwork is safely handled and stored until you need to access it again.

 

Whilst we employ a wide range of security measures across our site, including 24 hour surveillance, there are also a number of things that you can do to give your belongings an increased level of protection. Getting insurance and purchasing a heavy-duty padlock for your unit are just some of the ways that you can boost the security of your belongings.
